The award recognizes public high schools throughout the nation with a multi-year track record of helping students enroll and succeed in college.

Much of the credit for this top honor goes to FRIENDS of BOMLA’s College Bound Advisory Program led by Misty Williams. Ms. Williams works directly with middle and high school students to expose them to college and universities throughout the nation. Once a student reaches junior and senior year, the College Bound Advisory program invests in their preparation for standardized tests, college visits and tours, and admissions counseling.
